At Ore & Silt, every garment is crafted with intention and care. As a slow‑fashion label, we create in small batches or to order, which means your piece is prepared thoughtfully before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Times

All orders require 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch. During collection launches or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post

Shipping Within Australia (Australia Post)

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

  • Includes tracking

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Priority handling and tracking

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Ore & Silt is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at oreandsilt@gmail.com. We will assist you in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.

Australia Post investigations typically take 5–10 business days.
